Next, we celebrated Bella's first Christmas with Mike's parents and Uncle Shawn. She did really great and really enjoyed all the tissue paper and boxes. I think her favorite gift might have been the little purse which Bella promptly put her cell phone, hair brush, and cool, crisp dollar bill that she received for Christmas. Here is a picture of Bella just thinking about all her gifts she was going to get to open.
The next picture was taken on Saturday night at a local restaurant. We all ate pizza and had a great time. Isn't she too cute for words?
The next picture is of Aunt Kristie doing up Miss Bella's hair. Her hair is now long enough to put in piggies on the side and also extra piggies in the back of her head!! Bella loves being groomed. She loves having her hair brushed, fixed up into piggies, and also putting on lip balm. (Notice all the drool...she is definitely getting her 4th upper tooth!)
Finally, this was a family picture taken last weekend. Don't we just look like such a happy family?
This week is going to be crazy. Daddy has to work every day but Christmas. We are planning on celebrating mommy's Christmas Eve birthday at a local Chinese place. And finally Christmas day madness will start early on Christmas morning with our traditional Christmas morning with my family and then off to Grandma Donna's for Christmas dinner.
I have always believed in Christmas miracles. We feel so blessed that Bella is home and ours. We have experienced our Christmas miracle for this year but it happened back on August 12, 2008. The day Bella officially became our daughter and joined our family!
